1. Disinfect the fingertip with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol
2. Use a sterile lancet to draw blood from the fingertips
3. Collect the blood with a dropper
4. Add 1 drop of blood to the sample well
5. Slowly add 2 drops of sample dilution to the well
6. Interpret the result in 15 minutes

1.Insert the disposable tube into the working base.
2.Add 0.3mL (approximately 10 drops) of the buffer to the tube
3. Insert the swab into the tube
4. Rotate the swab at least 6 times while pressing the head of the swab against the bottom and side of the tube
5. Leave the swab in the tube for 1 minute
6. Squeeze the tube several times with your fingers from the outside to immerse the wad. Remove the swab. The extracted solution will be used as a sample for testing.

1. Add 0.5 mL (16 drops) of the Sample Extraction Reagent to the tube and place it on the working stand.
2. Insert the swab into the tube. Rotate the swab inside the tube so that the solution is extracted and reabsorbed from the swab. Leave the swab in the reagent tube for one minute.
3. Pinch the extraction tube with your fingers and remove the solution from the swab. The extracted solution will be used as a test sample.
4. Firmly insert a filter tip into the sample extraction tube

1. Insert the sterile swab through the nostril parallel to the palate.
2. Rub and rotate the swab, and leave it in place for a few seconds to absorb secretions.
3. Slowly remove the swab by twisting it.
4. Add all of the Sample Extraction Reagent to an Extraction Tube, and place it on the Working Base.
5. Insert the swab into the tube. Rotate it at least 5 times while pressing the head against the base and side wall of the tube, and leave it there for 1 minute.
6. Pinch the extraction tube and remove the swab.
7. Insert the dropper tip into the tube.
8. Transfer 3 drops to the test cassette well.
9. Interpret the results in 15 minutes. Do not interpret the results after 20 minutes.

1. Remove the test cassette from the sealed pouch.
2. Invert the sample extraction tube, holding it upright and transfer 3 drops (approximately 100μl) to the sample well (S) of the test device.
3. Wait for the colored lines to appear. Interpret the test results in 15 minutes. Do not read the results after 20 minutes.
